Jay J. Festa: President
Mr. Festa started CPM Group Insurance Services Inc., in 1988. In 2004, after a four-year relationship with The NIA Group, Mr.
Festa restructured his past organizations and relationships to
once again establish CPM Group Insurance Services as one of the dominant
players in the employee benefits arena. In addition to employee
benefits, Jay created an entity which provides all the other insurance,
financial solutions and human resource support our clients may require.
Besides various insurance licenses, Jay is a Chartered Life
Underwriter (CLU) and a Certified Insurance Consultant (CIC).
He resides in Cheshire, Connecticut with his wife, Sandy, and
their two sons, Garrett and Colby.

Clay E. Yalof: Director of Acquisitions
& Mergers
Mr. Yalof joins CPM Group Insurance Services from The Benefits Group, where he
was Vice President, Director of Acquisitions. Prior to his
insurance experience, Mr. Yalof has held top management
positions in several companies, most recently The Rob Nevins
Program, a well-known, Connecticut based, weight loss company.
There, Mr. Yalof was Vice President and Chief Operations
Officer. Mr. Yalof is a licensed group insurance agent. He resides in Cheshire, Connecticut with his wife and
children.

Richard M. Pildis: Director of Client Human Resource
Services
Mr. Pildis has dedicated his career to the field of human
resources and ethics in business. Over the past 20 years he has
directed the human resources functions for leading state,
national and international organizations in the capacity of
Director or Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Pildis takes
a hands-on approach to problem solving and proactive human
resource initiatives that has helped many organizations in
training, regulatory compliance and leadership programs.
Currently, Mr. Pildis is acting as the Head of Human Resources
for two large medical practices, a leading actuarial firm and is
the Ethics Officer for the Mohegan tribe.

Katie A. Longley: Client Services Manager
Ms. Longley began
her customer service career in 1991 at Anthem Blue Cross in the
New Business and Customer Service Department. Since 1995
she has been employed within the agency broker side of the
benefits industry. In the agency environment, Ms. Longley
has been able to bring her valuable customer service talents
directly to the employer to help them in all facets of their
employee benefit plans. She holds a producer license for
Life/Health insurance and is well versed in all lines of
employee benefits.
